Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all digital SaaS products and services provided by PhoQtek Labs. By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard, by emailing help@phoqtek.ai, or by contacting our support team.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access for any time already paid.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Renewal reminders are emailed ahead of each term.

3. Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New subscribers can request a full refund within 30 days of their initial purchase. This guarantee does not apply to renewals or plan upgrades.

Refunds may also be granted for service unavailability exceeding 24 hours due to our technical issues, billing errors or duplicate charges, or unauthorized charges.

Non-refundable items include renewals after the initial 30-day period, add-on services/premium features, custom development or consulting engagements, and usage beyond the qualifying timeframe.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, email help@phoqtek.ai with your account details, reason for the request, and any supporting documentation.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days; posted timing depends on your payment provider.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible. If that method is unavailable, we will coordinate an alternative with you.

5. Service Suspension and Termination

Accounts may be suspended for Terms of Service violations, non-payment, or suspicious activity and reactivated once the issue is resolved.

We may terminate accounts for repeated violations or fraudulent activity; terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds.

6. Data Retention After Cancellation

Following cancellation or termination, data is retained for 30 days for potential reactivation.

After 30 days, data is permanently deleted. You may request an export prior to deletion; backup copies may be kept as required for legal compliance.

7. Special Circumstances

Force Majeure: PhoQtek Labs is not liable for interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government action, third-party outages, etc.).

Dispute Resolution: If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate to our management team for further review.
